Designer - Anonymous employee Texas Remodeling Group Employee Review

It was very demanding on every employee. Nothing was organized.... any company meeting was everyone was either on their phone or on their laptop; trying to "put a fire out" in one location or another. You are not only the designer, but also the superintendent - overseeing the contractors (being their main contact), gopher, hand holder to the client and material delivery person. Very low pay for what is asked from you.
