Not worth it - Server/Waiter Texas Roadhouse Employee Review

You only get three table sections and sometimes you’ll get a two top, a four top and another two top. I have doubled before and only made $140 in tips for the whole day, not worth it. They can have up to 20 servers on at a time. A lot of cut work and tipping out! Sometimes you’ll end up tipping out $30-40 a night you have to tip bartender, server assistance, people who roll silverware,, and food runners. They are constantly hiring people and they can’t keep staff because the pay is not worth it.
