Processes are antiquated but this is due to the historic underfunding of HBCUs. Unprofessionalism runs rampant and there is not much being done about it. A lot of the individuals in leadership are poorly qualified and have only moved up because they have been with the institution for a long time. gossip and drama run rampant throughout the entire institution and there's poor accountability amongst leadership.
