Some nights were slower than others

• Some cool co-workers • Laid back environment

• Pay (could work there for years and still not make a somewhat livable income) • Hours • Schedule structure (somehow manage to give you very little hours while also giving you very little work to life balance) • Lazy management (they would often have their heads buried in their phones while the CSR is busy with customers waiting) • Gradually decreasing percentage of employee meal discount benefits
