Pros

Nothing really. There is nothing good about this job

Cons

I have to pay tuition. I have to pay for insurance. I have to maintain an almost impossible feedback rating if I want to teach. At the end of the day, they do not care about you as a person or as an employee.

Pros

Currently, there are no pros to working at Tech.

Cons

All of our course content must be approved by the new chancellor and the board of regents, who have admitted to using AI to review the titles of readings related to sex, gender, sexuality, and race. Professors across the university are impacted negatively. If you are a science instructor, particularly in biological sciences, you cannot teach scientific facts. Moving forward, graduate students will no longer be able to research topics covering sex, gender, and sexuality.
