      Great pay, low stress, lots of training, lots of government holidays and paid time off

      Cons

      9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with an hour lunch break, one Saturday per month with following Monday off, minimal room for growth, inadequate time for charting and effectively counseling clients

      Cons

      Everything else. the environment is mean girl high school immature, no one is ever on the same page and your position is grant funded, but they will tell you to do things outside of the grant guide and still bill the grant because all other funds are in the red. Additionally there is no room for growth
