Pros
Salary on time (but never full amount). They will cut pay with reasons like covid, no revenue in company. Many people lost their job. Hire to Fire policy, hire people , put pressure, once stable fire and hire intern. Tell the reality to Clients and Investors!!!!
Cons
Highly toxic environment, no life, no hike, no growth, no proper pay, CEO promises alot but forgets as soon as call ends, no office, no laptop
