Pros
An innovative and progressive place to work - you get out what you put it. Ideas and hard work are recognised and rewarded. Support from the senior team is excellent and very empowering, this filters down through the rest of the company structure. Everyone at all levels is approachable. The availability of support for professional and personal development really is second to none. The compensation package is excellent from salary, healthcare and pension through to putting fresh food for lunch in the fridges.
Cons
Communication across teams is a weakness and there can be a lot of gaps. I guess this can happen in a lot of companies and can always be improved. There is an appetite to improve things but everyone has to take responsibility for this. As things continue to get busier and the pace of change increases (which they are) better communication will be essential.
