Very segmented. Poor communication between groups. - Program Management Textron Systems Employee Review

Management constantly changing. In seven years I have had 8 supervisors. Poor managers are just moved around. "Good old boy" and who's on the golf team runs deep. Training is nonexistent. Figure it out as you go along. Lay off and terminations are erratic. Very tense work environment. Lots of CYA and that's not my job.
