      Really great people Director of Engineering is great Good pay Decent benefits

      Cons

      Promote management based on technical skill not leadership skill Not a lot of growth opportunities No good onboarding process Upper management doesn't listen - they complain people are leaving, but don't address why people are leaving

      Pros

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Cons

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
