      Pros

      You get to work in a decent office space with covered parking.

      Cons

      Everything was cut to the bone so all the engineering talent left for greener pastures. Then they started cutting into bone, then amputating limbs. I'm surprised they're still in business.

      Pros

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Cons

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
