Pros
Fore new hires the benefits are good and between holidays and vacation there is plenty of paid time off, even for deployers. If you are fortunate to work at Hunt Valley they shut down for nearly two weeks at the end of the year.
Cons
Their fee for service program with Aerosonde is still experiencing growing pains which should have been sorted out years ago.
