I dont see why one should work for this company if the project manager cant respect me and hear my cry of our problems and solve them why work with this company and less salarly 1200 Qar and working hours 15 hours thats makes one to feel depressed at work this company totally sucks alot food sucks management sucks supervisors really sucks alot yuck.
Cons
Harsh working hours 15 hours and the basic salarly is little 1200 Qars too much supervision and pressure antill no peace at work and no enough sleep.mostly we never get time to rest because we need to go overtime
