Pros
Non-management employees are generally kind and the product although has issues is innovative and the market is not mature yet, so significant potential for growth.
Cons
The founder of the company runs the entire company in a do it or else mentality. turn over is high, one month in particular where 13 people out of ~60 people were fired/resigned. Therefore, employees are often fearful of loosing there jobs and are not willing to speak up when change is absolutely critical to the business. Also its not professional in that the founder employs unqualified people into management positions based on personal relationships such as family and personal relations. Another major issue is they do not pay bills on time, where every month is questionable, other colleagues has yet to recieve money owed from a year ago. Needless to say, they lack stability. Finally, they claim they will match for a retirement account, but they dont pay so its only your money and they do not pay the money to keep the account open. If you are considering employment here ask around first...
