Pros
Thames reach gave me opportunity for training and development , they teach me everything I know today and because of that training I have full time job in homeless sector .
Cons
Interview process is really poor . It's like you open the book and reed everything from it . No flexibility on the interview . Even my former manager told me that interview does not reflect on what kind of worker you are . If this is true then please do something about . I was working with people who did really well on interview and then they were constantly off sick :(
