      - all the departments are welcoming and happy to help if you have a query - visibility of future career progression - constant training development opportunities

      Cons

      - we are continually recruiting, which means new faces and new names to learn all the time!

      Pros

      Exciting and growing company, in a relatively immature industry one so lots of new things happening. Everyone is keen to help and offer advice/guidance and everyone has a genuine desire to see the company succeed.

      Cons

      Unfortunate timing for me as SD and MD left early in to my tenure. The business needs this stability.
