Pros

Get your birthday off if your lucky for it to fall on a weekday

Cons

All these good reviews must be off office workers or management as you'd struggle to find a positive thing to say from anyone working on the shop floor. Daily routine of complaints from management, shortages of material and staff to meet the targets for each day resulting in never hitting the bonus requirements. Underpaid for the work they expect you to do with very little appreciation. No real chance to progress unless you want to grass on people and suck up to management.

Thanks for taking your time to contribute a review. All colleagues at Tharsus love that they don’t work their Birthday! Our belief is that no colleague should ever have to work on their birthday, so if it falls on a week day you get it off! If you join the business on a year where your birthday falls on a weekend, you might feel like you’re losing out, but the main thing is you don’t have to work on your birthday! We understand and feel your pain about parts shortages. As a result of the pandemic there is a global shortage of parts that is affecting many businesses. Our supply chain team are working really hard to try and make sure we get what we need on time, but we cant always get what we need when we need it. The global shortage of parts doesn’t actually impact our bonus, as on time delivery, and hitting targets aren’t metrics in our bonus. We plan on running bonus workshops with our colleagues to ensure everyone understands this.

Pros

Exciting and growing company, in a relatively immature industry one so lots of new things happening. Everyone is keen to help and offer advice/guidance and everyone has a genuine desire to see the company succeed.

Cons

Unfortunate timing for me as SD and MD left early in to my tenure. The business needs this stability.
