Horrible corporate culture. There are no opportunities for growth and poor collaboration between teams. Decision making is strictly top down and usually incoherent with projects coming and going only a weekly basis. Salary is not competitive and there are minimal benefits to speak of. They only give days off which are absolutely required by law meaning you MUST come into the office on MLK, Easter, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Juneteenth etc. The company owners regularly attribute any success to the products and avoid giving credit to their employees. This is a transactional company - do not expect loyalty, opportunity, long term growth or stability. Take note of the generic positive reviews on Glass Door, likely fake and paid for.
