Pros

The comssion is great, the clients are great the grounds are beautiful, peacful.

Cons

managers takes everything personally, she is unprofessional. There was NO onboarding in any way shape or form, no real training just thows you in and then repremands you to others and others to me. Lack of professionalism is amazing. She frequently takes off, closes the spa early, and rushes people out at end of day. There is no "brand" recognition no consistency and a lot of complianing, she pits people against each other because she has no backbone to clearly and effectivley communicate expections and meaningful solutions and ends up creating spoiled, entitled employees that have a ME approach and lack real teamwork. You are 1099 and never told that your check is MAILED to you??????not worth the money. Her actions and lack there of supports a culture of selfishness, aggressive behavior between employees and intimidation within the enviorment. Clients are constantly disaapoint by the employees that consistently get away with doing whatever they want whenever they want buldozing the manager. When the good employees are the ones that suffer.

Pros

Coworkers can be fun some clients are great and seeing celebrtities

Cons

My experience here was overwhelmingly negative. Management turnover was constant—during my time with the company, there were approximately 10 different Food & Beverage Managers and 8 General Managers. The lack of stability created a chaotic work environment with very little structure or consistency. There also appeared to be a significant disconnect between upper management and frontline employees. While senior leadership enjoyed extensive perks, many lower-level employees felt undervalued and were often criticized for taking basic breaks, including lunch periods. Employee meal accommodations were limited, and break areas were frequently overcrowded and uncomfortable. I was also concerned by what I perceived to be poor hiring and oversight practices, which raised questions about leadership's judgment and commitment to maintaining a professional workplace environment. Overall, the workplace culture felt disorganized, morale among staff was generally low, and employees were not treated with the level of respect they deserved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this employer to those seeking a supportive, professional, and well-managed work environment.
