Terrible attitude from head of architecture. Rumours of him “firing someone because they were sat down for a stand up”, and first hand experience of him saying he can get anyone fired he doesn’t like

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We're sorry your experience at Access wasn't a positive one. The behaviours you have described are not consistent with the standards we hold ourselves to as an employer, or with how we expect anyone at Access to be treated. Where feedback like this is shared, we take it seriously and review it through the appropriate channels internally. We wish you well in what comes next.
A wide variety of benefits - good FTO, excellent health plans
Cons
Zero communication from management and abrupt changes with no warning or direction. Access talks a big game to its acquired companies and employees about how they want to work with us and fold us into the family. But in practice this isn't the case for everyone: things may be fine for a while, but when that restructuring eventually comes it will happen without any warning.

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear about this experience. We’ve successfully integrated around 100 businesses into Access over the last decade, and we know that change, however well managed, can feel unsettling. We have dedicated teams who work closely with acquired colleagues through integration, and we'll keep on evolving and improving our approach to make sure they feel fully informed and listened to during the process.
