This is a Pyramid Scheme!!! i thought i was applying to work at Telus, turns out you don`t actually work for the company you think you are, you are a employee of The Acquisition Group not Telus!!! you are a third party contractor that sells Telus products and services, Not a Telus employee!!!! They want you to move to management quickly so u can open your own store and recruit shady people. ie move up the pyramid. 10 hour days, NO BENEFITS!!!, paid by personal cheque, no direct deposit, no base wage, 100% commission, do not pay or reimburse you for gas/parking/travel expenses, no vacation. (This is what you find out the first day when you read the contract the want you to sign as a contractor) They teach you a script and teach you how to be shady, they tell you how to corner someone and pressure them into buying, this is DOOR TO DOOR all cold customers!! you go to a assigned area, get out of your car and go business to business trying to sell. They don't pay for gas or parking! which gets very expensive when you primarily work downtown! Horrible people that don't care about you, only your numbers and sales, they interview 10+ people a day trying to get them in, turn around is insane, most leave after the first shift. During training our trainer left us alone 4 times to do these interviews. so unprofessional. Beware!!! This is not a career! Do not believe them in the interview!!!! This is a third party contracting company that will use u and throw u away the second you make a small mistake!!! Shady, sketchy, dishonest, unprofessional people work here!! This place and company is a complete joke, please don't let them fool you!!! Don't let their lies fool you! Again... PYRAMID SCHEME!!!!!
