      Pros

      Great place to start working in this field. The line managers provide regular support and supervision and there are lots of in house and out house training opportunities. The culture is very positive as the focus is on supporting the client. Staff are also able to on the whole work in a flexible manner.

      Cons

      Salaries are low. Limited opportunities for career progression.
