I had a very positive experience as an intern at The Advance Group. From the beginning, I was trusted with real responsibilities and had the opportunity to work on high-level client projects. The team was supportive, approachable, and willing to mentor interns who were eager to learn. The environment is fast-paced, which helped me develop strong organizational, research, and communication skills. I also appreciated the flexibility and the opportunity to grow over time, which led me to extend my internship.

Because the work is fast-paced, it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially at first. However, if you are proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once, everything should be fine.
