The Advantage Company is made up of serveral smaller businesses under The Advantage "umbrella." This worked to a point, but there was very little communication and unity between these different businesses. The owner would try to motivate us with new ideas, but then management would squash those very ideas because they did not want to spent the money to make improvements.
