The administration is a rotating door of incompetents trying to figure out how to reinvent the wheel. "Duties as assigned" will cover way more than any other teaching job, without any extra pay. The facilities are aging poorly and in many areas inadequate. Worst—as in, bottom of all throughout the nation—compensation package for a country day school of this size.
