The company has a great, chill, vibe and everyone is welcoming.

There's not a lot of guidance, you're kind of thrown in and figure it out on the job. I liked this, but some don't.

- bosses are clueless, delusional, and probably high (and not just on their own supply) - employees hired as contractors but expected to do everything a w2 or beyond employee would do for no benefits, no raises, and the employee discount is horrible considering the price of products - expect retaliation for minor infractions. no hr in sight. youll lose yourself here.
