Great staff and environment on top of wonderful management.

I can't currently think of any cons at the moment

Employee discount, surrounded with unique sub-culture, get to listen to good music while you work. Mark Thomas seems like a good guy, and the payroll was accurate.

Double standards in work place policies, unethical management practices, shady coworkers. Unfortunately, scum rises to the top here. If you're a genuinely evil person who will lie, cheat, & steal to get ahead in life, you'll get along just fine.
