Poor Culture for Digital and Print Advertising Reps - Advertising Sales The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Employee Review

Pros

There is a cafe downstairs and rooms for mothers to pump. The health benefits are very good because it is a Cox owned company.

Cons

Location and traffic are horrible. "clock in, clock out" mentality. If I wanted that I would not have gone to college and stayed in retail. They are so antsy and scared people aren't working that they make people feel micromanaged. You have a badge and are asked why you left at 5:24 and not 5:30. It makes you want to be a clock watcher...because they are. They also do not train you on product and have a wonky insertion order process.
