Pros

- Staff receives free tickets to each of the season's productions.

Cons

- Very high turnover rate - Low levels of organization and structure - Extremely high levels of micromanagement - Understaffed - Employees are overworked with little to no compensation for that work - while the company boasts financial success. (According to publicly available tax returns, the CEO has a yearly salary of over 300K - this is far from comparable to the salaries of general staff.) - This company's DEI statements are just that - statements. In action, these statements are nearly nonexistent, and the company's internal practices do not align with these externally advertised DEI statements. - Lacks true diversity. This company seems to hire BIPOC to meet a 'quota' with little regard for if these hires’ skills and experiences are the best fit for the job. - No diversity within artistic leadership. There are no BIPOC in positions that help decide which productions are performed. Therefore there is a lack of diversity and inclusion in casting, staffing, production content, and audience attendance.

Pros

-kind admin staff -caring HR head -benefits from day one (some good, some okay)

Cons

-Dramatic, big personalities and insanely negative, aggressive attitudes -extreme pay disparity between employees (highest salary being $500k+, second highest at $180k, costuming jobs are not paid fairly relative to production positions in lighting and scenery) -extremely small staff, so everyone is triple to quadruple dipping -high expectations for quality of productions with huge lack of resources (TIME, money, respect) -politically toxic values and CEO
