Absolutely toxic - Technician The Aurum Group Employee Review

Pay is terrible if you can't make bonus, raises never happen, and benefits are determined on base pay, not bonus so are terrible, management doesn't show any care for employees, you are just a cog in their machine, not a person, had a manager tell me he would replace all of us with machines the second it was an option, this among other issues of talking down about employees was a regular event, this toxic behavior from the top down made employees pretty toxic to each other too, if the boss is doing it, why not? Career advancement is non existent, you get a position, and you are in that position until you leave, there will be no promotion, at least there never was in the department I worked in, 2 assistant managers quit and the department head put his kid in place with no experience, pretty much right out of high school.
