Pros

Well established family-owned dealership. Owners always onsite and they genuinely care about day-to-day operations and the well being of each and every employee.

Cons

None of any significance. Overall, a well oiled machine.

Pros

There is potential to earn money if you have no respect for yourself. The people that stick around earn a good living.

Cons

The pinnacle of unprofessionalism. Zero training. Be prepared to be embarrassed by your managers in front of other staff and the other 2 managers. The managers do not want to train new salespeople. They don’t want to answer your questions or help you in any way. It’s an abhorrent and toxic environment. Very high turnover rate which isn’t a surprise. Unethical salespeople and managers that push scamming customers, an industry standard. You make money solely on profit of each car. 25% of the first $1,000 and 35% of each additional. I saw them add warranties and extra costs to cars to take advantage of first Time car buyers. Everything about this job was horrible. When potential customers walk in it’s a total free for all. The three managers for the 8 people working is a joke as they do not ever want to move at all. The environment is extremely unwelcoming to new employees from most of the salespeople and managers. Openly racist and sexual things are bantered about daily. Indians are referred to as “Patel’s” African Americans are referred to as “coons.” I could go on but you get the idea. The place sucks.
