Management expects you to answer their calls & texts 24/7. No pay raises- pay new staff more than loyal employees. Refuse patients access to phone or computers even when competent/sober if they want to leave AMA. Never know when you’ll get written up because they don’t make expectations clear. Management changes how they want things done weekly without notice. Charge clients $20k+ for a 30 day stay but don’t have money to replace equipment. Unsafe ratios. Always 1 or 2 to 44 at max capacity.
