Pros
If you're accustomed to the very old-fashioned corporate style of management (never get to know anybody even one rung above you on the ladder, not allowed to attend meetings that affect your work, etc.) then this is one of the few places still to do that. Very heavily middle-managed. Does not promote from within or encourage lateral transfers.
Cons
If you're accustomed to an open office environment with an exchange of ideas, you will not be happy here. Management neither solicits nor tolerates ideas—or any kind of cross-pollination.
