1. Hybrid working - Back 2 Work are very flexible and we are given the opportunity to work in the office and from home. 2. A friendly workplace - Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. This office feels very different to previous places I have worked and I have never felt there to be a bad atmosphere or any office politics. 3. Career progression - There is always opportunity to move into different roles in other parts of the business. During monthly 121 meetings we are able to discuss if we would like to look at any other roles in the business. 4. Great management - I have had a few different managers during my time at Back 2 Work and have always felt fully supported and listened to by each one. This really makes a difference to your work life.

Sometimes communication between departments could be a little better.

Being accepted for the person I am. Praise and recognition to those who deserve it and those who need it to encourage them to be the best person they can be at work. Freedom and autonomy within the role. It's not always about getting it right first-time, it's about developing yourself and what works best with our learners. The openness and transparency with the Senior Management Team. At all businesses it should be like B2W, where the Management Team welcome you and treat you as an equal and certainly believe we are all in the same boat and work well as a team rather than a set of individuals.
