Poor Leadership High Job Insecurity (They often transfer their own employees as ad-hoc to big companies like ATKINS, AECOM, Jacobs) at the same salary they were hired and keep any remainder increase in salary for themselves. Poor, uninspiring leadership. Full of typical team leads than know only two sentences 1 "Good Morning" 2 "Is it done yet ?" Average Salary
