Good hours, Easy money, and Friendly staff.

Not a lot of money and boring at times.

The cafe is cute, the customers are generally nice, my current coworkers are cool, and you get decent tips. The latest you get off is 5:30.

The owner will talk about you behind your back. Your tips will get taken away if you do poorly without anyone training you on anything. You get paid below the state minimum wage because you're understaffed so you're a "small business". If they do decide to tell you you made a mistake, it goes out in a passive aggressive group text message. You'll get scheduled for 6 days a week and when you're unavailable even when listed as unavailable.
