If you are Black I’ll save you a lot of time and let you know that you should not waste your time working at the Berg Corporation. You are absolutely not welcome here and you will not be given a fair chance by any means. Discrimination: An employee mentioned to me if I know that this is a “family business?” my first day working at The Berg Corporation and I immediately started applying to new jobs. Shortly later I find out I am being let go for no reason at all other than “it did not work out”. I asked them for feedback and what specifically did I do wrong so I could improve and I was given that generic run around nonsense. The employees that work there are not happy there and are actively applying as well It was a big mistake leaving one job to take this job and I am begging anyone after me that is Black DO NOT waste your time. Unsafe: This is a very dangerous place to work. It is located in a very bad part of Baltimore City.
