Pros
Good team that I worked with directly. Efficient, made the environment fun.
Cons
Management team can be a bit ignorant depending on which area of the building you worked at. Also didn't get paid according to the hours I worked at, so would sometimes work anywhere between 2-4 hours over the contracted hours but salary remained the same. This issue was never addressed properly and was instead just met with "I know it's annoying, we will try to give time in lieu as reparations" but that promise was never fulfilled either.
