The people in leadership positions are unbearable control freaks. Yes, I said it. These miserable people want to dictate every little thing you do. Employees are expected to dance to every piece of feedback, yet constructive criticism from staff is completely ignored. It is absurd. The stress of working here will drain you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
