Pros
The best thing about Blackstone was working with some of the smartest people and on challenging deals that pushed you intellectually. Culture is intense but overall great.
Cons
Work-life balance is difficult at Blackstone, and the culture varies by team. I was fortunate enough to have a great team but this is not always the case.
