Pros

Super welcoming group of people, really smooth interview process, so far feels like everyone wants me to learn and succeed, feels like a good place to start a career in PR/ agency space.

Cons

No cons yet, but i've heard it gets really busy

Pros

Somehow this company has attracted and keeps the best people to work with. Colleagues are generous with knowledge, collaborative instead of competitive, encouraging to junior colleagues, supportive of work/life balance, and really smart. It's a joy to walk into the office in the morning and work with these people every day.

Cons

There is a lot of training in various specialty areas and sometimes client needs make it difficult to find the time.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're lucky to have an incredible team that make the good days more joyful and the stressful times a little easier to get through. We'll keep having your -- and the entire team's -- back!

Pros

Camaraderie in the joint misery, good people, decent clients and room to grow if under the right management

Cons

Where to even begin.... catty women in positions of power will make your life miserable if you are young and come in with fresh ideas, urgency level on 10 all the time, no appreciation for staff, no autonomy in the work you're doing, 0 job security, constant unprofessional behavior in off site company activities, you are viewed as disposable, senior leadership has awful communication with staff and each other and they promise way too much to clients, then get upset when our billable hours are above scope. Came here to learn and grow and was left incredibly disappointed by the way I was treated and the lack of growth opportunities. Also.. prepare yourself for silent layoffs... they may frame them as performance related
