      Pros

      I enjoyed working with my team and learning opportunities during my tenure.

      Cons

      At The Block, I had some very talented and knowledgeable colleagues. I couldn't say the same for those in leadership. There's no way you can handle layoffs well but any c-suite member looking to learn how they shouldn't handle them should follow The Block's guide.

      They will falsely advertise their roles saying "part-time" but expect full-time availability. Will truck-dump work on your orientation day (I didn't even complete my background check, nor did they inform me of my benefits or how I would be getting paid. No one is responsive or communicative in the team Will not hear out concerns and will just let you go.
