Pros

Great flexibility, great opportunity to work in teams with high profile clients. Ability to create your own career path.

Cons

In our business, the client comes first and you need to be aware that sometimes your personal life and plans will have to be modified.

Pros

Good office location (Covent Garden)

Cons

If you want to feel like you're back in high school, then this is the place for you. The place is full of people that have been there since day one and don't mix with anyone who hasn't also been there for ages. It is ridiculously cliquey, and makes the whole environment feel really uncomfortable. The boss (the only one who can actually influence change) doesn't speak up. No clue about marketing, what good content is or campaign delivery (the things they claim to be experts in) as proved in their lack of repeat business (tend to work with big brands once - and never again). Poor work life balance to say the least, but goes completely unnoticed when work out of hours is done.

Pros

The team are genuine and great to work with. We work with big, well know brands as well as smaller, creative start ups. Office location is amazing - right in the middle of Covent Garden. It's a social office and there's always something going on.

Cons

Nothing specific to The Blogger Programme as such, just the normal stresses that come with working in a busy agency: tight deadlines and demanding clients!
