      Pros

      Donor Services Manager is good finally and they are actually getting things fixed for the better when it comes Raleigh.

      Cons

      Working 60 hours a week because we never have enough staff due to the turnover of this company due to the crazy expectations. They schedule more drives then they have staff and will work you until you quit or get fired happens to everyone because of the burnout.

      Everyone was really nice to work with

      Cons

      the turn around rate was high because they don’t train you much, then you have to take on extra work. They expect you to do everything within 40 when you have a million things to do because no overtime.
