      'Family' coded team environment, close relationships/ friendships

      Cons

      safety of staff and guests are not top priority. lots of behaviours that could be seen as a contribution to a toxic work environment. Hold progression of roles unfairly. lots of fast turn overs.

      Above average base pay + TRONC

      Cons

      Most management have a power complex; feels very hierarchical and separated rather than team focused. No real progression pathways either, You'll be hired for one position and be placed into a completely different role for months on end or be soft fired by cutting your hours. Extremely high turnover rate and rightfully so.
