Everything! The family owned business only thinks of themselves, want all the time slots to work with brides, while demanding you do all the house cleaning and busy work, like steaming and fixing dresses. If any problems come up with a lost dress, register money doesn't jive, etc, you will be accused without cause. They promote lying to brides to get the sale, even telling and charging them for a new dress and then secretly pulling the sample and telling them it just came in several months later. Very unethical, stressful, and awful environment to be in. You will get hired to fill a need, but then fired on a whim if they can't pay bills on a low time in the year. No job security. Run from working for this company!
