Great company with low pay concerns - AI Intern The Brite Group Employee Review

They don't have all the systems in place to feel like you're actually working a corporate job

Of all the jobs I have worked at never have I been treated as poorly and underpaid. From being contacted and demanded tasks be done outside of my scheduled hours to being demeaned and embarrassed. The leadership is very rude and condenscending. I am constantly overtalked and talked down to. I could go one but I highly suggest this is not a non-hostile work enviorment. I voiced my concerns and was belittled. Even when I had religious trips to take I was penalized and told "I dont think you really want to work for us" I have had my intellect questioned and yelled at for minor issues and when defending myself for doing what they asked I was at fault. I have gone to the proper channels in regard to my treatment but I feel it wont be enough in the end as they see no fault in their behavior. I have been responsively more vocal and therefore retaliation. This is a hostile enviorment and there are many who could attest to said treatment. Ignoring can only go so far when you are being bullied to tears and mental breakdowns.
