I have seen coworkers be constantly rude to janitorial, and logistics staff, I have seen deserving coworkers of color overlooked for promotions that went to employees with less time and experience with the organization, and rather than promoting from within they are too quick to pull people in from outside the broad. They also waste huge amounts of money on catering meetings and frankly just have too many meetings that end up slowing the work down. Administration and logistics teams seem to be treated pretty poorly and are often understaffed and the ammount of people with over inflated self worth is truly staggering. It feels like a hive of the worst aspects of the millennial generation without any of the social justice that generation is so often shown fighting for.
