Work can require long hours at times.

Great co-workers, nice office environment, work hard play hard type of setting. Opportunities for fun. Good benefits. Even part time employees could participate in the 401k.

While I could tell there was job opportunity and room for growth in the company, it depended on who you were. I expressed interest in moving into a new role and staying long-term, but I wasn't given that opportunity. Instead, I was shown the door as the company began eliminating several positions, including mine.
