Pros
Co-workers were talented and dedicated. Always wanted to do right by the customer. Nice people. Free parking, no local income tax, nice interior offices (shabby building tho), snack closet, and free lunch brought in sometimes. Managers are good people.
Cons
Management pushes big on culture (Christian service), but for lower pay and benefits, blah work, blah projects, on lower end of software development. A company that seems stagnant. too small to move up. Layoffs due to finances.
